I have been using Taylors now for 7 years to service, mot and keep my Renault on the road. I could not be more delighted with the service I have received both to my car and their customer service. I recently made the mistake of trying another garage to fix a fault which went very badly. The staff at Taylors really went out of their way to put everything right and even helped me with information and advice to get my money back from the other garage.As a customer I feel totally looked after by Taylors and have complete trust in them. Paul and his team bend over backwards to make me feel valued. You cannot find a better team to look after your car.
Good Service . Two bodyshops with lowbake oven, all service work topnotch. Good range of cars for sale. Easy staff to deal with very efficient.
I have been using this place for years usually for new tyres. Today i had a chap called Simon check my brakes and gave me helpful professional advice. TV and complimentary coffee machine in comfortable waiting area. Can recommend to others.
Disgusting attitude of owner and management once got your money, sold me a high value car nearly 40k with 2 faults on it, not divulged prior to viewing from 200 mile journey+flying in from abroad. They admitted vehicles do NOT get examined for defects.refused initially to resolve defects until escalated.they tried to stare faults were not present etc, absolute worst dealers dealt with in over 35yrs uk wide, even refused to communicate.verging on criminal actions!! Owner even stated he was a Magistrate and brought his personal life into the complaint. Owner failed to even phone after 1 attempt initially.They claim to treat as family business.joke !! Would not extend warranty after issues,absolutely rogue traders !! Owner Taylor stated he gave first class customer service.absolute joker and taking the...! Taking advantage of me living 200 miles away !! AVOID..AVOID.!!! No morals, decency or reason !! Am sure they will attempt to claim great service,absolute rubbish !!Atrocious business
Our vehicle broke down on the way to the Tunnel, suitcases, kids and all. Chelmsford was the nearest town so we limped there. 2 other dealers were unable to help for at least 4 days, which would have meant no holiday. Taylors committed to help that day and get us back on the road, and delivered on that promise. The flexibility, commitment, skill and sheer friendly positivity that the team displayed was simply outstanding. It was a difficult job in extreme heat. They didn't have to help us. They didn't need to make us a priority. They didn't need to be so positive and reassuring. But they not only helped but lifted our spirits with their can do attitude and empathy. They stepped up when others refused to help and gave us back our summer holiday. Thank you Paul and team. We simply cannot thank you enough for saving our family holiday. I salute every single one of you.
