From walking in the door, I had the absolute luck, relief, confidence & pleasure on meeting Diane, what a wonderful positive, friendly & charming Lady, who proved today, when she transformed my hair from what was a terrible colour malfunction done elsewhere into a saving grace situation, she is obviously at the top of her game with experience & she also has wonderful patience, thank you Diane, I will be back, the whole salon & team to be fair offer a complete super clean & comfortable relaxed experience.
