I had a lower back injury, after 3 sessions I'm back to normal and pain free. Very professional service. I would highly recommend.

Short review:If you want a faster recovery time, then see Dan & his colleague. Don't contemplate on contacting "The Sports Therapy Clinic" and getting a free consultation. They put me at ease straight away and found the source of the probably swiftly. Full recovery took 6 months, this was sped up by the rehabilation methods Dan performed and the home exercise processes he showed. Do what they tell you to do for homework (home exercises), as this will speed up the rehabilitation. If you're only spending 5%-10% with the physio, then what are you doing with the other 95%-90%. It better be your home exercises. Also leave a good review for the Sports Therapy Clinic. Many people will take the time to write bad reviews about companies or products, so take some time to write a good review for a small business. Thank you Dan.Long review:I got a shoulder injury and went to the hospital in the early hours of the morning. They dismissed anything wrong with it after performing x-rays and other tests. I trusted the doctors opinion and carried on with the stronger pain killers they gave me. I had to sleep with my arm elevated on a pillow for the first week and a half and I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder height for weeks. Probably like most people I left my shoulder injury for a few months before I got it checked by a physio. I thought "time is the best healer" as most things are, this is not always true. I was looking for a physio in my area but most had none or hardly any reviews.I come across the Sports therapy clinic which had a decent amount of good reviews and was slightly further away. I spoke to Dan, he was polite and he could see me for a free consultation in a couple nights time. When I meet for the consultation, I was sceptical they couldn't do much. But was quickly proven wrong when Dan found the source of the problem just by feeling with his fingers and the A&E doctor couldn't find anything wrong, even after the scans!Dan was easy to speak to and professional. He would tell me the technical terms but also put it in layman's terms. The rehabilitation was frustrating for me at times because I wanted to run before I could walk. The home exercises was mixed up, so the sets didn't get boring. Remember to listen to what these professionals tell you to do for homework (home exercises). This will speed up the rehabliation process. If you're only going to the physio, maybe once or twice a month and not doing any of the exercises they have set, then you're simply not going to improve as quick. After a while Dan said he had done everything he could do to help me and was happy with my progress. So he'll honesntly tell you when you're ready to stop the rehab with him. I highly rate Dan's knowledge and his skill set. What are you waiting for, contact him!

Although I've just started treatment on my knees, my husband Graham has received excellent service from Jamie then Daniel to sort out a trapped nerve in his left shoulder. The clinic is very professional and both have good knowledge and give good advice. I am hoping that I will get as good a result as my husband. Would recommend booking an early appointment and not waiting around for things to improve by themselves, which is what we did.

I have used the sports therapy clinic on multiple occasions throughout my marathon training. Dan has helped and advised me since the first day I visited. The care I received was extremely professional and always the best, was always able to get an appointment how ever late notice I contacted. I visited regularly for sports massages and Dan also dealt with my knee and ankle issues I experienced throughout my training. I would highly recommended the sport therapy clinic to anybody and will be using them in the future. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with the service I have received from the team. I have already noticed an improvement on my injury after just one session. Very reasonable prices and they didn't try to "sell" to me which is rare these days! Highly recommended.
