Actual were great. They were the cheapest of the quotes I got, which made me hesitate a little as I didnt have any references but the guy seemed down to earth. On the day the 3 men were great. They were fun, positive and made such a stressful day quite positive. They couldnt have done more and on arrival were happy to put everything in the upstairs living room we have. They went above and beyond!
I asked Actual to help us move. Upon opening the boxes I found several items broken including glasses, cups and ornaments. I emailed Actual for their comments - no reply. After five days I phoned them to ask again for their comments. Still no reply. Clearly I am not getting any compensation or even a reply.
